Why shop with Wagable?
Wagable promotes the happiest “dog lifestyles” and celebrates how owners live with their favorite four legged friends. Our mission is to help you appreciate all your dog days, while contributing directly to dog welfare in your communities. We commit to sharing five dollars/month per subscriber, and will involve our active members in nominating worthy dog charities. Here are are details of our current charity.
 
What can you get here?
Wagable offers products that graciously fit your dog seasons. Think home living decor, kitchen and dining, tech gizmos, travel, picnics, outdoors, some apparel and more. We hope you’ll enjoy using and sharing our deliveries, and we appreciate your feedback. Please take a look here.
 
How much does Wagable cost? 
We offer four membership levels. When you sign up for three months, you will get billed $95.99 each month for our club service. When you commit to 12 months, we’ll pass along $10/month savings and charge $85.99 monthly. For upgraded personal service, you’ll get billed $147.99 monthly for three months’ commitment. Sign up for a whole year, to save $25/month and pay $124.99 monthly.
 
Why sign up for Club or Personal service?
Sure, there’s a difference in price for a reason. The club service delivers great products that are not customized or personalized. The personal service requests a quick survey asking about you, your dog’s name, and even an image, so that products may be customized just for you.
 
When do I get billed for Wagable? 
We currently bill you monthly, whether you sign up for three or 12 months. We will charge one month when you sign-up, then monthly thereafter. (Please note that we ship our packages at the beginning of each month.)
 
Do you charge for shipping? 
Never. We do not charge for shipping throughout all 50 U.S. states. To do this, Wagable ships near the first of each month, through the U.S. Postal Service. Repeat after us: no shipping fees, no surprises.
 
Do you ship outside the United States? 
Sorry, not at this time because we cannot include shipping fees. However we would like to expand deliveries to other countries. Are you interested in paying shipping? Please let us know at service@wagable.com today.
 
What do I get in my first month?
When you sign up for three or 12 months, we’ll introduce you to our goods with a welcome mailing followed by our first introductory monthly package sent at the top of each month. In your second month, you’ll receive that month’s themed package. Take a look at what’s scheduled.
 
What am I committed to pay?
Wagable doesn’t require or default to auto-renewals, which often results in howls and growls. You sign up for either three or twelve months and are billed (charged) monthly to your card on file. If you would like to auto-renewal, you may select that option in your account, after signing up.
 
What happens if my charge doesn’t go through?
If your credit card charge gets rejected, then we’ll let you know through email and pre-approved text messages you agree to receive. If you miss the shipment window date, then we’ll extend your subscription another month. We cannot send out deliveries without receiving your payment, sorry.
 
May I return unwanted products?
Wagable accepts defective returns. Our merchandise is guaranteed to work properly and we’ll replace it if there’s any problem you report to us. Occasionally we may not have exact inventory for replacement and will offer a similar product replacement. Yes, Wagable pays for return shipping. Reach service@wagable.com and we’ll take care of you.

Do you sell gifts?
Absolutely! You may buy our three or 12 months memberships as gifts, and we’ll let your gift recipients know Wagable came from you. We depend on your up-to-date, working billing info to deliver monthly gifts.
 
What happens if you run out of stock?
Wagable does not guarantee specific products and SKUs, though stands behind each well-curated monthly delivery for club and personal subscribers. We’ll always share our monthly themes and products intended to delight you.
